Still a Walker

I know a lot of people have lost interest in the Walking Dead show or they thought it was too violent with the Glenn vs Lucille episode, but I think the show is still going strong. People who think it got too violent should really pick up the comic if you want violence. This is one comic I think anyone can get into. The show has made some improvements over the comic in my opinion. I don't want to get into details due to spoilers because if you stopped watching the show I think you need to catch up. Negan is amazing in the comic and Jeffrey Dean Morgan has really brought this character to life on the small screen. Maybe some of you are just not into it anymore because it's the big thing and you don't want to like what’s cool. This is a great show and a truly great comic. Yes it's black and white but the art works so well with the book. The story is well as they say on my favorite comic book podcast, Four Color Commentary; this is comics as literature for sure. You become vested in the characters and if or when they are killed sometimes it punches you in the gut. So in short if you are a fan of the show please check out the comic even if you have never read a comic. If you have lost interest in the show I encourage you to try a few episodes to see if it draws you back in.
